You need to remove the cistern from the pan and remove the plastic nut on base of cistern to remove the syphon then you can either change just the plastic diaphragm or fit new syphon for what they cost.

Dudley turbo 88 is a good one as it seperates without stripping the cistern down.

about £18

or a basic opella that is one piece like yours is half the price of the dudley.

yours is an ideal standard.

but measure the height before getting a new one as they come in different heights.

I'd go for the Opella, the only advantage of the Dudley is that they are 2 part so you can change the diaphram whilst still in place. As it's an easy job if you have go do it again, not really worth forking out for a Dudley turbo

Ps - if you really want to upgrade, you could install a push button siphon

Fluidmaster flapper valve. Exceedingly easy to maintain.

On the subject of easy to maintain syphons, the CME/Macdee Metro also seperates in the cistern, but is waaay cheaper than a Dudley Turbo 88.
The Turbo 88 is dual flush though, whereas the metro is not.
