Galaxy Mk7 Keypad

Hello all,

I have a galaxy Mk7 keypad and until recently the backlight stayed on all the time but now it on illuminates when I use the keypad. I would like to have it on all the time again. I have entered engineer mode and gone through keypad option but it still doing the same thing not staying on

Any help is appreciated
