Pressure dropping, ive topped up and tried releasing pressure from rads, but its still leaking from the overflow

Please help

How much will it cost for a plumber to fix.

Keep putting pressure in and it drops straight away. you can see it coming out of the overflow by the drain. Pressure back to 0

By overflow, is that the tank in the loft or the PRV sticking out the wall by the boiler.

Sounds like the expansion vessel if busted to me.
 
This site is great.

Think Ive fixed it. The PRV on tank Red Valve, pressed it in filled the and pressed it again to release the pressure, put the preesure back in and no leak yet :LOL:

Hope it works, looks good so far.

If not how much will it cost to replace and should I call the manufacturer or a central heating expert?

Fire the boiler up and see what happens does the gauge go above 3 bar
