fittings for brackets into thermalite/bres blocks

hi..im trying to fit some brackets onto therm/bres blocks..the brackets are going to take approx 80kg of weight over two two brackets..

is there any good fittings out there that i could use..?
due to the 8cm coach bolts that i have used are pulling out under the weight..!

any help/advise would be great

I think the bracket is too short.
You need to have a brace of some sort.

You fitting a "floating shelf"?

There are a variety of nylon twisted plugs which are used, here is one type.

Any smooth sides fixing will pull out, [the plug need to be screwed in like a plasterboard fixing.]
