Menvier tS400 alarm wont set?

I have a Menvier TS400 I tried testing if the external alarm was working today it wasnt.
The internal alarm went off but not the outside.
I tried doing the bell test and stupidly omitted to press number 1 after entering my code (first 3 digits) and home.
since then nothing is working properly it is showing unset but nothing works.
I cannot do first two digits and away to set the alarm now.

any ideas ?
