Premier 48 Unused zones have a status of tamper

A relative was recently house sitting and became a little confused with my alarm system. It is possible that they pressed most buttons on the control panel. It is a Premier 48.

The alarm seems normal and has no error messages. Zones 1 -5 have the status of secure but zones 6+ are not used and all have a status of tamper/ed. Is this a problem? I think that they used to say 'unused' but I can’t be sure.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like they went deep into the programming ( were they bored?).
Get into engineering and make the zones not used, that obviously are not used.

Maybe it was like that from when it was installed as (hopefully) they did not press that many buttons.

Is it a problem with zones 5-8 saying tamper. All others say secure. I cant seem to work out how to get into engineers mode so I will ask the installer.
