just had an extension built and the original intention was to screed to the level of the DPC .Unfortunately due to internal levels the buildre camn only screed to about 3:" below the DPC along the rear wall .Is that likely to cause me a problem? thanks

Only that when you fix the skirting boards you will puncture the dpm.
guess the builder will come up with some solution as we are having Quickstep flooring laid which has its own skirting
