Hi ppl,

May I ask for some advice please. I have some problem with my ceiling lamp. It looks like an ordinary bayonet fit. When I was installing a new bulb, I must have tugged a little hard and the mount came off. Initially, I could push it back in, and the mount would hold, but it seems that this interim fix is not going to last (plus I'll be getting a heavy energy saving bulb soon).

I'm not too sure what to do with this mount. Can I glue it back??? But where can I glue safely? If it's too much of a technical thing, should I call the landlord?

Thanks!!

p/s I think i'm using the terminology "mount" correctly. I saw the picture in wikipedia: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bayonet-mount-01.svg?uselang=de
