It is not flashing at all now set or unset, previously it flashed all the time.

Yes I know its not now, you said.
I suddenly remembered that panel can flash when set.
Wondered if it might be that. But even then its only for a few seconds.
Well the panel works, but there is a fault. Who knows how long it will last.
