It's not a difficult repair at all if you have some DIYish skills.
You can buy flashingband on a roll which can be used to cover the cracked portions. It has bitumen on the back which melts and forms a bond when you heat it gently with a blow torch.
The alternative would be to rake out the old a replace with new. But this is a slightly more involved job. |
