If i connect the light circuit on the RCD side of the bus bar they work great but if i connect them direct to a non protected MCB they trip? Any ideas. |

Have you got the neutral in the correct neutral bar? |

what trips? MCB or RCD. if RCD, youve probably got the neutral in the wrong place, as already mentioned. if MCB, then something bad is goin on... |

neutral barS, you will have 2, be sure to use the correct one when swapping the MCB around. |
