just been given a dishwasher plumbed in last night and turned it on water came down hose but would not enter machine any suggestions ? have checked filters both clear

you will need to tell us what make model and approx age your dishwasher is to get the best advice possible.
however if you are able to remove the fill hose from the back of your machine, take it off and try runningater through it by turning on your supply tap. quite often the standard taps may appear to beturned on when in fact it's only the lever that's moved leaving the actual valve closed.

the make is a bosch and model sps 544 sorry i can't give an age i haven't a clue
