Flickering light

Just a quick one hopefully.

My bathroom light flickers everso slightly, not all the time and not with any noticeable pattern, no other lights on.

Have changed the bulb and the whole light fitting and still does it, any ideas what could be causing this and where I should start looking?

try a different switch

is it fluorescent or normal bulb?

Was a normal bulb now 3x spots. (problem before and after change)

I have a spare pull cord switch and will try swapping them, should have thought of testing that!

Will let you know how I get on

If that doesn't work look at the previous ceiling rose, from which this is supplied.
Bathrooms are frequently the last in the run.

It is probably a loose connection at your switch.

Is it ip rated fitting ?
Maybe getting moisture in?
