central heating problems with vaillant turbomax boiler 824e

can any body help
recently had turbomax boiler fitted but my central heating system only works sometimes i have lost water pressure in the boiler still getting constant hot water on demand had system checked by local plumber but he says theres nothing wrong with either the boiler or the central heating.
display just giving water temp but not displaying any code when the "i" button is presses only displays "s7 hot water demand" when hot tap turned on

you have to be more specific about problem. Press "i" on control panel and see what status codes (e.g. S.07) are displayed when it's not doing what you think it should be doing. Also are there any fault codes (e.g. F.28 )?

Are you aware it will wait a few minutes before firing after the last time it fired for CH? If interrupted for HW it should fire immediately for CH though.

Then you have a leak. Check rad valves, the auto air vent on thepump, and the p.r. pipe which goes through hte wall.

If the boiler is new it's covered by the guarantee for a year or two - why did you call "a" plumber?
The first person to call should be the installer, though he isn't obliged to turn up.
