Apollo 30/50 - No hot water

Please help! We have Apollo 30/50. It has stoped recently to heat the domestic water. The CH is ok and we still can warm up the tap water using the electric immmersion heater.

Could you describe your system - e.g. fully pumped, gravity hot water, 3 port motorised valve, 2 x 2 port motorised valves, etc.

I think its fully pumped(Myson) with 3 port valve
