My toilet has a horizontal pipe, straight out of the back of the pan and through the wall. There is a joint in this pipe where the outlet of the pan meets the straight pipe and it is leaking quite badly.
What should I use to seal this and how do I apply it?

Thank you for the suggestion but that will entail removing the toilet pan from the floor, also possibly breaking the soil pipe when I try to remove the leaking Joint. Is it not possible to just seal the existing joint? With What? And, how?

You could try silicone for a bodge.

I would do it properly and have done with it. I would think it is leaking beacause it is not seated properly i.e not pushed home or is at an angle.

Get a new connecter mate. :D
