My hoover performa 1100 never completes the spin cycle. It spins slowly at first and instead of accelerating to maximum speed, it just stops and the water pump keeps going. I've checked the brushes - they are good. I've cleared the drain pipe all the way through. I've leveled the machine and checked the belt.
