Hoover 'Soft Wave' 1200 Soap/Softener tray

Hi All

I am a site virgin - please be gentle!!

I have searched but cannot find the answer to the following, probably rather dumb, question.

How do I get the soap dispenser tray out? I cannot see any bits to release or move and it really needs to come out as it is filthy and the softener tray doesn't drain probably. From looking around the site it looks as if the siphon tubes must be blocked but . . . . .

All help gratefully received.
