No CW from shower

Hi,

I have a salamandar pump, Its a RIGHT RSP 75 and a Triton mixer shower and when you turn the shower to cold the water stops running and the pump makes a squeck for about 2 seconds. Any expert advice would be great. Thank-you.

Which model of pump and is it a mixer or electric shower?

Hi, i dont have model but its fairly big and its a mixer. I hope that helps?
