Hi,
I have a towel radiator installed in an upsatirs bathroom that fails to get warm in the top 70%. I have bled it to buggery, but to no joy. Any thoughts?

Is it plumbed in as a heat sink.? Check the pipework.

Are the tails getting hot? :D

I have the same problem with my towel rad but have not tried to bleed it yet. Very much a novice in plumbing. I have a new combi boiler just fitted. If you bleed the rad I guess you then have to pressure the system again if it drops below the 1bar mark. Am I on the right path here?

The rad is hot at the bottom with both in and out flow hot (are these the 'tails'?).

Has anyone got information on how you re-pressure the system there does not seem to be any details in the user manual.

I have a Worcester Bosch R40 HE Plus combi.

Hope someone can help.
Thanks

Surely your installer gave you instructions on how to pressurize your boiler,
and stop hijacking threads.
