the boiler keeps cutting out & the pressure is going down when i re-fill the boiler to 1 on the gauge it fires up ok but the the pressure gauge starts to rise & the after a while the gauge reads 0 again & i have to re fill it again .CAN ANBODY TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM CAN BE IS IT THE DIVERTER VALVE

No, it does not seem likeley that it is the diverter valve.The problem is more than likeley to be the pressure vessel is u/s.
Boiler overpressuring and then dumping water outside thro pressure relief valve.
