Fixing a two piece wooden bath panel

I need to replace a plastic bath panel with an adjustable one as I'm going to tile the floor.

Is the 'two piece' bath panel the best panel to use for this?

And what is the best and easiest way to fix it it place? Preferably without building a whole frame?

If you are going to tile it then you will need a frame.

Oh yeh! Sorry, I didnt think about the floor. I shall put my woodworking head on then! Any tips?

Tile the floor first and tile under the bath. Then fit the panel onto the tiles. Don't do the panel before tiling or you'll never get it out.
