Vailant not firing up

Hi all. Just had a new water to water heat exchanger fitted to Vailant Type VP5-ZE Model DJA and that seems to be fine, however when we fire it up it clicks off again after around 10 seconds.

Any ideas? Even the Plumber is a bit stumped

Is that meant to be the boiler model? Never heard of it. Can you check that?

could be the flame sensor

An auto air vent is fitted on pump this may be faulty or the black cap not undone
