I have a leak due to a fault with a window sill. Previous owners have painted the underside of the sill and a number of layers of paint are peeling away from the underside of the sill, starting from the internal edge adjacent to the elevation.
There is no drip detail to the sill (very old), should I just seal the join between the underside of the sill and elevation with some sealant....? Any recommendations |

heeelllooo jrg and welcome
you realy need to shed the water before it reaches the wall
if a groove isnt an option!!!!!!
after its fully painted try either a continuous bead of window sealent either at the front edge underneath or 12mm from the back edge to shed the water __________________ big all
