question about bleeding a radiator conected to a combi boil

hi
the make of boiler i have is a vokera 20-80 R.S. flowmatic. serial no 17062
i've one up stairs radiator thats been turned of for about 8 months and sounds empty if you tap it after i turned it back on , theirs no heat geting to it at all.if i bleed it , is it just a case of using the key and bleeding the raidiator or do i need to do some thing else with the combi boiler as well.
the system gets serviced once a year by british gas home care insurance and was serviced two months ago and every thing was fine with it.

Bleed it and then top up the pressure via the filling loop on the boiler. Bring the pressure up to about 1 bar on the guage.
