radiators hot hot water cylinder cold

hi
just fitted new hot water cylinder drain/refilled system same pipework
now cenral heating on, but hot water tank cold even when set for hot water only .need help.

Airlock in the pipes. Have you got any air vents by the cylinder , is it fully pumped or a gravity system , two port or three port valves ????????

gravity feed, not sure about ports, air vent into loft header tank
