Recently I installed a washing machine in the basement. Three days later I went downstairs and there's a layer of water distinctly around the washing machine. I haven't used it yet. Any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it? I can check the water hose but is there anything else I should check?

If you haven't used it, but already plumbed it in, it sounds like one of the two supply hoses is leaking.
