How does one tighten up a loose wall mounted bathroom sink? The metal bracket mounted to the concrete block wall appears to have widened so that the porcelain lip of the sink back no longer fits tightly in the bracket allowing the sink to gap away from the wall and be unstable at both sides if pressure is applied downward. Any sugestions will be greatly apprecieated! Floyd L. Greve @ [email protected]

I would say that you will probably have to disconnect your pipework and remove the sink, replace the bracket and refit. You might be able to 'hammer' back into shape the lip on the original bracket and refit it to the wall.

The window pane is broken in an old style steel window frame that uses wire clips for glazing points. How is the best method for removing the broken pane and re installing another glass?
