Making the hot water hotter?

Help!

The hot water does not seem that hot, also the heating does not seem to get that hot.
Have bled the rads.

boiler is a Honeywell Swift Flow Glow Worm.

Any ideas?

The only one I know of is at the bottom of the stairs, that is set to 30oC

On the front I have.

Bar Pressure (can flick from 0.90 to 2.00)
On/Off switch for C/H
Timer for C/H
Over ride switch for C/H to make 24/7
