superglue on new car

superglue on new car

i have somehow poured a small amount of superglue onto my car bonnet in a prominent position , the car is black with metallic paintwork, apparantly new cars have some sort of laquer on them what product would remove this without staining the car (if any?)

errr yes ask the glue manufacturers... otherwise "superglue" loves water and will react to water till its all white and flakey... so maybe tape a damp rag over it for a few days and maybe itll flake off.

Yeah, but then you`ll have a white flaky deposit on your bonnet for days.......reminds me of a lady and my old Standard Ten.......back in the 70`s icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Loctite do a glue remover, but dont know if it will do damage to paint you would have to find out first icon_wink.gif
