Granite slabs marked/stained....help needed!!

got a customer of mine with branstone granite slabs, while flushing the heating system, the dump hose pulled out of the gully pot and fired dirty water (with mild acid chemical cleaner in it)

Now, there are stains on the slabs.....

can these be cleaned? re-surfaced?

Its probably rust from the system which is one of the worst stains to get on paving.

Acid won't do any harm to granite.

If it is rust you will need a specialist cleaner such as weiss rust remover.
