My new DIY conservatory roof girder is screwed and silicon sealed to the wall, and now I have to consider flashing application. Is self-adhesive \\\'lead\\\' appearance flashing suitable for this job, as I feel that chasing lead into the wall of a sloping roof is a bit of a job for me if not necessary. Any advice?

Yes if it's facing brickwork, lead flashing is better for long term.
This is lead flashing but you can buy a plastic flashing kit section, forgotten the name of it now.
