Chimney flashing

Ive noticed our house is a bit damp at the moment. Ive gone up into the loft and founds that the beams are abit damp and there looks like rain stains running down the chimney. CVan any one help its urgent.

well yes, I could make and fit a new lead chimney flashing.............but immediate help is confined to advising you to get at least 3 quotes from roofers, and be careful not to get ripped off. I wouldn`t advise scrabling about on roofs in winter as a diy thing..
