Upstairs is COLD - radiators are either stone cold or tepid. It\\\'s an old system with radiator covers that have been attached to the wall somehow. I can\\\'t get in to bleed these, nor can I even find the valve to bleed using a flashlight. ANy suggestions? Do I need to call in a pro?
