bath hot water tap flow

I have just installed a new bath with a shower mixer tap.
The hot water flow is very low when used to fill the bath but is fine for the shower.
I have a combi boiler which has 15mm pipe from it right up to the bath. The bath hot water then branches of at 22mm with a flexible hose attached to the bottom of the tap.
Any ideas how to increase the flow.[/b][/quote]

Flexible hose attachments always have a reduced inner diameter compared to none flexi. Known side affect of flexi attachments is relative reduced flow.
