telescopic air brick vents

Trying to find telescopic air brick vent for a double size clay air brick.

Air brick size is 215 X 140MM and can only find single brick says telescopic vents. Any idea if they exist ?

When the insulation goes in between joists risk of air flow being blocked.

could the insulation just be left away from the air brick or does it still need to have a telescopic vent attached somehow.

Just use a single one and seal up the remaining hole above it with foam.
