no water

I seem to have a blockage in my pipe that feeds hot water to the sink in the kitchen.
How do I find this and unblock it?
I think it may be an air lock caused by water running out in the tank when many people used a power shower.
After a while some water comes out of the taps but then stops.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have a mixed tap in the kitchen?

Any ideas what I can do without taking the tap off?

Ahhh!

Can you try and get a garden hose up to it & cover it with a towel? What I've done for somebody once was to put in a T-piece on the hot water under the sink with a washing machine ball valve type (plus a cap end when not in use)and connect the garden hose to it to blast the air out of the tank.
