removing a radiator value

Hi,

I have a leaking radiator value. Please can you advise on how to or the best technique remove the value from the radiator. the value removed from the pipe ok but not from the radiator.

It might be worth trying to repack the gland round the spindle of the valve or dismantling and replacing rubber o rings, depending on valve type, if you can't easily replace whole valve.
