GE Washer Won\\\'t Spin

I have a GE model WCSR2070TCWW Top Load Washer that won\\\'t spin.... The shaft from the motor appears to be spinning at full rpms but it is slipping inside the pulley on the clutch assembly....The motor seemed to be running a bit hot too...... Do I have a bad clutch assembly?..... Terry
