please help, My parents live about 100 miles away and always rely on me to do things, however, they have recently had a new boiler fitted which after 24 hours of it working correctly, made a large bang then started dripping water(cold) on to the worktops in the kitchen. they called out the c/h engineer and he, Quote \\\'fitted a bit of strip sponge (like a draft excluder)around a square led coloured pipe and said everything was all good.I have recently spoken to my parents who inform me that the boiler has now made this \\\'bang\\\' 3 times since (no leaks) and the engineer will not come out to them as he said they do make strange noises at first. is this correct or are they being given the brush off. many thanks
