hot water flow
installed a bath on a like for like basis, using existing 22mm copper (on an older style house).Hot water is fed from a combi in cupboard next to bathroom. hot flow is poor...would changing a section of 22mm to 15mm upto tap make for better pressure???

Why would making a pipe SMALLER improve the flow???? Bigger pipes = less resistance = more flow.
Or do you mean that the water flow is OK but not hot enough (= boiler not man enough).
Or water takes a long time to get hot (MIGHT be due to large static volume in 22 mm pipes but unlikely to be significant).
Or do you mean something else entirely?

No. It wouldn't.
In any case you don't need to change the pressure, you need to increase the flow. However, you might not be able to.
