Is there anyway to remove hair dye from vinyl flooring? I've tried several methods with no luck. It has "faded" the dye but not removed it. |

It might be worth trying a cloth with some diluted bleach and dab away on the surface. A scourer might scratch the surface, but a strong rubbing with a bleached cloth might help a little - good luck. |

Spray hairspray on the spot and let sit a minute or so before removing. I also used steel wool because a small dull patch beats a red patch on white vinyl |

The best way to remove hairdye from linoleum is to use acetone. |
