If the stains look like splashes of black oil or paint, it's re-depositing of dirt on your clothes, it's not oil and will wash out over next couple of washes.
The cause is not enough detergent over a long period of time. Soap powder is designed to remove dirt from clothes and suspend that dirt in the water, where it is washed out of machine down the outlet to grid. If over a long period of time not enough powder is used any dirt that has been suspended in the water is re-deposited onto the inside of the outer drum subsequent washes with to little powder will loosen the dirt from inside drum and as this then can't be suspended to be washed down the drain it re-deposits as splashes on your clean clothes.
As you can see this is an ever increasing problem, the cure is to over powder the machine on every wash for quite a while this will give enough "suspension" to hold the loosened dirt in the water to get washed down the drain.
