Baxi combi 105e

Replaced diaphram, hot water sensor and swtiches. Central Heating fine, hot water fine upstairs but shower in upstairs bathroom and kitchen hot tap downstairs does not seem to ignite bolier so no hot water. I'm stumped. Already cost me to get plumber out - is this a simple problem?
