Hello,
My radiators are SO noisy and it seems like the water pressure is very low on the boiler. (where the red needle is)
Also, my gas bills are around £250 every three and a half months in the winter, when we only use the heating about 8 hours a day.

Does this sound excessively high? I heat only 4 reasonably sized rooms, and it heats the water at the same time.

My landlord is adamant that an old boiler wouldnt contribute to the bill (he works it out for us) and says it is because we use the heating too much!

PLEASE HELP!!
many thanks

Do youhave an annual Landlord's as Safety Record?
Do you check your landlord's figures?!!
It's just possible you have "low gas pressure". To check that you have to time the gas usage at the meter, and know how much the boiler should be using. We can help with that but do do a search first.
Householders can call Transco to check it, not sure about tenants.
