duel flush problem

I have a ROCCA duel flush toilet and about every hour there is a flushing noise for about 6 seconds but no water is going into the pan.....any Idea's please ???

I would know a Rocca duel flush toilet if it threw a gauntlet in front of me and drew a sabre! [I take it you mean dual flush.]
However if it happens to have a flushing valve it is possible that there is a leak on its water seal allowing a small amount of water to drain through to the pan and every hour or so you hear the ballvalve refilling the lost water.
