Additional Toilet in Upstairs Bathroom

We are trying to create two bathrooms out of one huge upstairs bathroom and will be adding another toilet (about 10 feet from the existing one), and a shower. Are there any factors that could make this project impossible? Will we have to install another soil stack? Thanks!
