For an art project I would like to make globs of transparent glue, so I can make little shapes that will harden and look like glass. It should dry in about half a day if possible.

I was wondering if any of you know of (home made) glue or some sort of see-through cement that would be best for this job.

Thanks in advance for you suggestions!

the glue used in fixing plastic models together is perspex disolved in volotile solvent. Blobs of it "dry" might dry to clear blobs.... or you could try getting perspex and disolveing it in acitone (nail varnish remover)...

That both sounds good, I will try them out this weekend. The resin-solution sounds easiest, and I'm pretty sure I can get it at the shop.

Thanks - and if anybody has another good idea I'm interested!
