Did this happen before all these parts were changed?
Is the micro switch operating correctly, does the heating operate or does boiler overheat when water turned off? does this happen in water only setting???????

Maybe you should replace the PCB and if that does not fix it then the pump?

was told that it will be the pressurised differential valve by baxi themselves - so will change that and see what happens!

It gets a bit tedious Kev giving correct advice all the time. If you change all the bits ( like BG ) then eventually you will get it to work!

He has probably got a blocked capillary tube to the diaphragm unit or failed to clean and lubricate the actuator pin with silicone grease ( whats that? )
