Bathroom earth bonding

In simple English am I right in stating 4mm earth cable should be used to bond hot pipe to cold pipe to radiator and bath if of metal construction ?

Also to the cpc (earth) of circuits supplying class 1 or 2 equipment in zones 1,2,3.

If they are extraneous-conductive-parts.

I know I was stupid before, can't you just drop it already?
(ps: if u must know I read alot books the last few months, obviosly i cant understand everything, but i did manage to get them working by MYSELF)

If no mechanical protection: - 4 sqmm, if there is mechanical protection: -2.5 sqmm.
